It’s important to note that if you are doing C+ work at something you absolute crush at, it’s better than somebody else doing A+ work when they don’t know what they are doing.

I’m not saying you shouldn’t strive for your best work always. I am saying…give yourself a break. Nobody can probably notice, and those that do are noticing you absolutely crushing it.
